This is my second challenge. Bench press with leg raises. Of course I did the leg raises after I did my 3 sets of 8 reps with 140 lbs. To complete the challenge, I downgraded to 65 lbs on the bench press and had 10 lbs between my feet. I don’t remember the coordination so I did it both ways.
